Whether you’re staying at a country AirBnb or a local in-town hotel, enjoy a slow morning with tea and coffee and a stroll through the Healdsburg Farmer’s Market, open from 8:30 am–12:00 pm. Browse local produce, artisan breads, flowers, handmade goods, and Sonoma County specialties. It’s the perfect place for a fresh juice, picnic snacks, and even self-care lines.
10:00 AM – Private Yoga with VinitaYoga at Your AirBnB
Enjoy a personalized private yoga session with VinitaYoga, offered in the comfort and privacy of your AirBnB.
This session can be tailored to the energy of the group (a grounding, gentle flow, an energizing vinyasa practice, mobility and functional movement, meditation, and/or breathwork).

4:00 PM – Leisure + Restful Evening
After forest bathing, return to your AirBnB or hotel for spacious downtime. Lounge by the pool, journal, nap, sip tea, or simply enjoy meaningful conversation. Leaving open space in the day allows the nervous system to truly settle.
6:30 PM – Dinner at The Little Saint
Close the day with a beautiful plant-forward dinner at The Little Saint, one of Healdsburg’s most inspiring dining spaces.
