Offerings

I offer private, semi-private, and small group yoga sessions designed to meet you where you are—physically, mentally, and energetically. Sessions can include yoga, barre, meditation, sound baths, or any combination, and are fully customized to your goals. I bring matching mats, props, and music; and travel throughout Sonoma and Napa counties to your home, hotel, AirBnB, wedding venue, or corporate retreat.

Sessions are 60–90 minutes, and pricing is based on group size, session length, frequency, and travel distance. Contact me to share your location, group size, and preferred style so we can design a session that’s right for you.

  • Private yoga sessions are for anyone seeking a more personal, supportive approach to movement and meditation.

One-on-one private yoga is well suited for beginners who want individual guidance, experienced practitioners looking to deepen their practice, and those returning to movement after injury, illness, or a life transition.

Private yoga instruction is also ideal if you prefer a quieter setting, have specific goals or limitations, or want a personalized yoga practice that integrates yoga, barre, meditation, or sound in a way that feels thoughtful and sustainable. Whether you are working one-on-one or in a small group, each session is shaped around your needs, pace, and intentions.

  • Each private yoga session is thoughtfully designed around you/your group. We begin with a brief conversation to understand your goals, experience, and how you’re feeling, allowing the practice to meet you where you are. Sessions may include mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, barre, sound, or a combination of modalities, depending on your interests and needs.

Private sessions are paced intentionally, with space for questions, hands-on guidance when appropriate, and adjustments that support ease and alignment. Whether your intention is to build strength, recover from injury, reduce stress, or simply move and breathe more comfortably, each session is shaped to feel grounded, supportive, and sustainable.

Sessions are typically 60–90 minutes and can take place in your home, hotel, or retreat setting.

Matching mats, props, and music are provided, allowing you to arrive and settle into the experience with confidence.

  • My teaching is shaped by years of study, practice, and lived experience across many places and traditions. I bring a thoughtful, attentive approach to private yoga, meeting each student with care, authenticity, and respect.

Using visual demonstrations, impeccable cuing, and hands-on-adjustments with consent, I create sessions that are clear, supportive, and adaptable.

Sessions may focus on flexibility, mobility, strength, hand and arm balancing, or deep relaxation, depending on your goals and interests.

Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, I prioritize sustainability—offering practices designed to support your body and nervous system over time.

Above all, I value consistency, presence, and trust. Private sessions are a collaborative process, and my intention is to create a space where you feel supported, capable, and at ease in your own practice.

  • Based in Sonoma County, I typically offer private yoga sessions throughout Healdsburg, Windsor, Santa Rosa, and Guernvellie, CA. Most sessions are in private homes, hotels, AirBnBs, retreat venues, or other quiet settings that support focused practice.

I also travel within Sonoma and Napa counties for private, semi-private, and small group sessions.

Travel beyond these areas may be available by request, scheduled based on availability and distance.

If you’re unsure whether your location is a good fit, please reach out to inquire.

Class Descriptions

Private yoga sessions are tailored to your body, goals, and experience. Practices may include Vinyasa (all-levels, Level 1-3) for strength and mobility; Yin yoga for deep stretching and flexibility; and Restorative yoga for relaxation and nervous system support.

Sessions integrate mindful movement, breathwork, and can include hand and arm balances or gentle sequencing based on your needs.

YOGA

A low-impact, full-body workout inspired by ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Barre sessions focus on small, controlled movements to improve strength, posture, and flexibility while engaging the core and supporting balance.

This practice employs body weight and may use light weights (1-3 lb dumbells and/or 1-3 lb ankle and wrist weights).

BARRE

Guided meditation sessions may include breathwork, mindfulness exercises, visualization, or progressive relaxation, tailored to your experience level, goals, and intentions.

Meditation may be practiced seated, lying down, or integrated with gentle movement, and is ideal for reducing stress, improving sleep, enhancing concentration, or complementing a physical yoga practice.

Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, each session is designed to provide space for reflection, clarity, and a deep sense of ease.

MEDITATION

Sound bath sessions use gentle vibrations from instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deep presence.

Sessions can be experienced alone or in small groups, and are ideal for stress reduction, meditation, or as a complement to yoga and barre practices.

No experience is necessary. A good offering for a non-physical corporate event.

SOUNDBATH

All private sessions can be combined or adapted to include yoga, barre, meditation, and sound bath according to your goals, pace, and preferences.
