Fall Reset: Yoga with Shane and Vinita
$550.00

Fall Reset: Yoga with Shane and Vinita is a seven-day yoga retreat in the peaceful coastal village of Chacala, Mexico. Designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore balance, this experience blends twice-daily yoga, optional outings and spa time, and nourishing farm-to-table meals in a stunning setting where the jungle meets the sea.

What to Expect
  • Each day of the retreat is thoughtfully designed to offer rhythm without rigidity.

Mornings and evenings include guided yoga and meditation, creating a steady framework that supports grounding and reflection.

Between practices, there is spacious time for rest, optional excursions, spa treatments, or quiet moments by the sea.

This intentional balance of structure and freedom allows you to engage fully while honoring your own needs, energy, and pace.

  • Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

Shared meals, group practices, and relaxed conversations create space for meaningful connection—while always honoring personal boundaries and quiet time.

This is a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to show up as they are.

  • The retreat is guided by experienced teachers who bring clarity, presence, and thoughtful attention to every aspect of the experience.

Practices are offered with care and adaptability, ensuring students feel both supported and appropriately challenged. Clear guidance, skilled pacing, and attuned facilitation create a safe, grounded container in which participants can relax, explore, and fully engage in the process.

  • This retreat is a welcoming space for people at many stages of life. Past participants have included those navigating change, loss, or new beginnings, as well as couples and individuals simply seeking rest and renewal.

You are never expected to be anything other than yourself—this is a place to arrive honestly and be supported. Shane and Vinita are available if you need a shoulder or a hand.

  • The retreat experience doesn’t end when you return home.

Participants are encouraged to stay connected and continue integrating what they’ve learned through simple, supportive follow-up. Whether that looks like continued practice, reflection, or community connection, we value ongoing support and the gentle unfolding of the work beyond our time together.

We have personally witnessed the most heart-warming connections including renewed freindships, romantic relationships, and integrated support in local spitirual communities back home.
